On Tuesday 10 November 2009 we'll be increasing our range of Buy to Let products to give your clients greater choice. We'll also be launching 1 year and 18 month trackers in our Let to Buy range.

Key product changes - Buy to Let

• New lower arrangement fee options introduced for 1 year and 18 month fixed rate products
• Amends to selected 2 year fixed rates and arrangement fees
• Rates reduced on all 30 month fixed rate products by 0.10%
• New 3 year fixed rate product at 5.94% up to 70% LTV (2.50% arrangement fee)
• Rate reduction on 18 month tracker to 3.99% (BBR + 3.49%) up to 70% LTV (3.50% arrangement fee)
• Withdrawal of 5.99% 18 month fixed rate with £1,000 cashback

Key product changes - Easy Remortgage

• Introduction of £150 non-refundable booking fee for all Easy Remortgage products with free standard valuations, free standard legals or cash back incentives*
• All arrangement fees reduced by 0.15%
• 18 month and 2 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%

Key product changes - Let to Buy

• New 1 year tracker rate product at 3.84% (BBR + 3.34%) up to 65% LTV (3.50% arrangement fee)
• New 18 month tracker rate product at 3.99% (BBR + 3.49%) up to 65% LTV (3.50% arrangement fee)

We have also extended the end dates on all of our products to December (18 and 30 month products extended to June).

• Timber framed properties - Timber frames constructed after 1970 are acceptable providing that they have brick/reconstituted stone or rendered brick/reconstituted stone/block outer walls.

Securing current products

If you would like to secure any of the current products, please ensure that any DIPs are completed via TMW Online by 3pm Monday 9 November 2009. Any DIPs must be progressed to full mortgage application by 8pm Monday 9 November 2009.

Please note that faxed DIPs will not be accepted. Please use TMW Online for all DIPs.

Paper applications, where applicable, must be postmarked up to Monday 9 November 2009. There is no booking system in place for these products.
