How does The Mortgage Works Stepped Tracker work?

The Mortgage Works Stepped Tracker is available as a range of 2 year options. In year 2 the tracker loading to the Bank of England Base Rate decreases. Here is an example of one of our new products:

B07271 - 2 year Stepped Tracker, up to 60% LTV, 3.50% (min £595) arrangement fee.

Year 1 = BBR + 4.14% until 31.03.2011

Year 2 = BBR + 2.14% until 31.03.2012

If your client believes that the Bank of England Base Rate may increase in 2011/2012, then a TMW stepped tracker could be of benefit to them, depending on their personal circumstances.
