Selected Buy to Let rates reduced by up to 0.50%

At The Mortgage Works we're committed to offering you and your clients an improved range of specialist lending products. So from Wednesday 3 March 2010 we'll be making a number of changes to our Buy to Let, Let to Buy and Light Refurbishment product ranges.

New Buy to Let rates launched and existing rates reduced

  • 1 year, 18 month and 3 year Buy to Let rates lowered by up to 0.50%
  • Introduction of £895 arrangement fee on 1 year and 18 month options
  • 5 year fixed Buy to Let option at 5.99% (3.5% fee), up to 70% LTV. Available for purchases and remortgages


New Buy to Let Lifetime Variable option

  • The new Lifetime Variable Managed Rate product offers your clients an alternative to our main tracker range with ERCs for only 6 months


Improved LTV criteria for first time landlords 

  • First time landlords can now benefit from up to 70% LTV on selected Let to Buy products


End dates extended

  • 1 year, 2 year and 3 year products extended to 31st May
  • 18 month options extended to 30th November


Withdrawals

  • Selected 1 year and 18 month Buy to Let products
  • Cashback and subsidised valuation options withdrawn from the Buy to Let Easy Remortgage range


How do I secure current products?


If you would like to secure any of the current products, please ensure that any DIPs are completed via TMW Online by 3pm Tuesday 2nd March 2010.


Any DIPs must be progressed to full mortgage application by 8pm Tuesday 2nd March 2010. Please note that faxed DIPs will not be accepted. Please use TMW Online for all DIPs.

Paper applications, where applicable, must be postmarked up to Tuesday 2nd March 2010.

There is no booking system in place for these products.
