Top Tips for quicker processing
Submitting a personal mortgage application
Whilst we welcome your own personal mortgage applications, please note the case must be submitted (and have the intermediary declaration signed) by another intermediary. We cannot accept your personal mortgage application if you are also the adviser submitting the case.
Shortfalls on remortgages or house purchase deposits
When there is a shortfall on a remortgage, or a shortfall on a house purchase deposit, please note the additional funds must come from your client's savings and not from borrowed monies such as a personal loan.
