    Available for new business, further borrowing, and switchers (unless otherwise stated) for single properties, and portfolios operated on the basis of one property per account.

  • Let to Buy
    Available for first time landlords (applicants who have not owned and let a buy to let property for the last six months), remortgaging their existing residential property as a buy to let  for single properties.

  • Buy to Let Limited Companies
    Available to Limited Company customers for new business, further borrowing, and switchers (unless otherwise stated) for single properties, and portfolios operated on the basis of one property per account.

  • Buy to Let Portfolio
    Further borrowing for existing customers utilising TMW's portfolio proposition only (e.g. where LTV is averaged across a portfolio of two or more properties).

  • Buy to Let Houses in Multiple Occupation
    Available to customers for new business, further borrowing, and switchers (unless otherwise stated) for single properties, and portfolios operated on the basis of one property per account.

  • Buy to Let Light Refurbishment
    Available for Buy to Let customers who wish to undertake minor 'light refurbishment' improvements before a property is let.

  • Guarantor Mortgages
    Available to clients with a close relative who agrees to act as guarantor for all or part of the mortgage amount.
