Further to our previous communication, we can confirm that our improvements to TMW Online and TMW MTE will be live from Monday 7 March. Our changes for the new EU Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) will also take effect from this date.
We'll be adopting the following approach to pipeline cases to minimise disruption to your clients' applications.
- For applications started, but not submitted before 7 March, when you return to the application, TMW Online will prompt you to complete any new questions that have been added to the application form relevant to your client's case. It won't be necessary to produce a new KFI for your client.
- For applications submitted before 7 March requiring a Material Change, please contact New Business in the usual way. In some cases, we might need to collect some additional information from you.
- For applications submitted before 7 March and offered/re-offered from 7 March, we'll provide an updated EU MCD compliant Mortgage Offer, including the new APRC.
- For applications submitted before 21 March and offered/re-offered from 21 March, we'll also include a new declaration with all Non-Consumer Buy to Let Offers, to ensure the borrower is aware of their regulatory status.
To implement these changes, TMW Online and TMW MTE will be unavailable from 9pm Friday 4 March until 8am Monday 7 March. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
