Packaging Let to Buy applications

From Tuesday 13 September we're making some changes to the way you'll need to package Let to Buy applications.

  • We'll now need you to include the onward residential address when you submit the application
  • If the sales literature for the onward residential property isn't available online then we'll need to see a mortgage valuation or homebuyers report
  • The same solicitor must be acting on both the Let to Buy and onward residential purchase transactions
