- Our commitment to launch retention procuration fees
Earlier this year we confirmed that we'll be paying a procuration fee for retention business later in 2017. This will give all intermediaries access to our full range of switcher products.
- Reduced Interest Cover Ratio
We've reduced our minimum Interest Cover Ratio to 125% for lower rate tax payers, enabling them to borrow affordably while recognising the need to safeguard rental cover.
- Increased level of dedicated broker support
We've increased the level of support available to you across the country through the launch of our dedicated team of 8 telephone based BDMs.
Plus, we've also invested in our popular instant messaging service, Broker Chat, by extending our opening hours until 6pm. You also have the option to download a copy of your conversation and instantly rate our service.
- Provided support through tax relief changes
To assist you with helping your clients through the tax relief changes, we created a downloadable guide, tax relief changes calculator and illustrated case study examples. We also delivered our very first webinar which was later available on demand.
- Improvements to TMW Online and TMW MTE
We've made online enhancements so that you can benefit from improved case tracking alerts, apply online for Further Advance and Porting, scan and attach documents, download and print DIP certificates and other case documents.
