Introducing the new TMW Online
On Monday 19 August, we're excited to bring you a fresh, new online application experience as part of our continued investment across our technology and services.
We're committed to providing you with a five star service, so we've upgraded the system with direct input from brokers.
Faster processing, improved case tracking and a more efficient case experience
As well as reducing the number of questions we ask as part of our assessment, we've introduced a range of brand new features to make it easier to do business, including:
- submitting your Limited Company applications online
- enabling another registered admin user to receive email alerts on your cases
- mobile friendly case tracking
You will also notice the updated look and feel, which we hope will make your whole application experience better.
What will happen to cases in the pipeline?
Cases submitted to Full Mortgage Application (FMA) in TMW Online or TMW MTE before 8pm, Friday 16 August, will be transferred to the new system and you'll continue to receive updates on these cases.
Any case not submitted to FMA (including any accepted Decision in Principle) before 8pm, Friday 16 August, will need to be resubmitted.
