About you

- Tick icon You have been a UK resident for the last 3 years
- Tick icon You have a clear credit history (for example, no bankruptcy or repossessions) over the past 4 years, and no county court judgements for the past 6 years
- Tick icon At least one person applying for the mortgage currently owns a UK property
- Tick icon You have a deposit of at least 20%, or 25% if the property has an EPC rating of D or E.
About the property
- Tick icon The property is in England, Scotland or Wales
- Tick icon The value of the property is at least £65,000
- Tick icon The property is in a lettable condition and has an Energy Performance Certificate rating of E or higher (unless exempt)
