Manage your mortgage

Please have the following details ready:

• Email address. This can be any email address you would like to use to manage your mortgage online.
• UK Mobile or landline telephone number. You will need to have a UK registered telephone number recorded with your mortgage account before you can register. If you don't, please contact us to update this.
• Personal information. Your first name and last name as it appears on your account, date of birth, account number and your home address (not the address of the property you let).

• Go to the registration page
• Enter your email address.
• You will be emailed a six digit code that is valid for one hour. Enter this code into the box on the screen to confirm your email address. If the email address is invalid an error message will appear, you can enter the email address three times in case it has been typed incorrectly. 
• Enter your details. Including your first name, last name, date of birth, home postcode (not the postcode of the property you let) and your mortgage account number (if you have several mortgages you only need to enter one of them).
• We will confirm on the next screen if we have found your mortgage information.
• Click the button to confirm your telephone number. You will be sent a six digit one-time code that is valid for five minutes. This code will need to be entered into the box on the screen. If we have more than one telephone number on record for you, select the number you would like the six digit code sent to. 
• Create a password.

The telephone number will need to match the number recorded with your account. If your number has changed, please contact us to update it. Please note this will take 24 hours to update on the system.

Go to the log in page and enter your email address and password. These will be the those you chose when registering. If these details are correct, a one-time code will be sent to your contact number and this will allow you to log in.
