Affordability for our buy to let mortgages requires no minimum income. The amount you can borrow will be linked to how much the property is let for. You can read more about affordability on our eligibility page.

You will need to tell us about what it is you would like to do, for example purchase a buy to let property, switch to a new rate, borrow more or remortgage. From there our tool will guide you through some questions to find out if we have a mortgage that matches your needs.

The Mortgage payment calculator assumes that the interest rate will stay the same for the mortgage term.  

The Rental yield calculator cannot show capital gains or the costs associated with maintaining a rental property.
