Eligibility

  • Minimum age is 21. No maximum age for experienced landlords, otherwise the maximum age is 70.
  • No minimum income required.
  • The property must be used for residential letting and be in a lettable condition.
  • We accept New Build applications.
  • No limit to the number of properties in your clients' portfolio, up to £7.5 million lending.
