Eligibility

Minimum age is 21. No maximum age for experienced landlords, otherwise the maximum age is 70.
No minimum income required.
The property must be used for residential letting and be in a lettable condition.
We accept New Build applications.
No limit to the number of properties in your clients' portfolio, up to £7.5 million lending.

If you’re registered to place business with Nationwide and have used NFI Online in the last 180 days, you are also automatically registered with The Mortgage Works and you can log in to TMW Online.

If you do not know your password, use the ‘forgotten password’ link on the TMW Online login page. If you have not used NFI Online in the past 180 days, just follow the registration process below.

You can register with your personal details and FCA number.

Once you’ve submitted your registration, we’ll update our records within 8 working hours.
You will then receive two emails to create your passwords for our online systems.
