TMW Online applications

From the home screen you'll see the 10 most recent cases you created. You can also show all cases or search for a particular case as required.

Every 10 minutes there is an update to TMW Online, so you can get an up-to-date case update online, without the need to call. You can:

  • View detailed case requirements
  • See valuation dates and progress
  • Easily upload documents using scan and attach
  • Download case documents

There's a small number of cases that you can't submit online. You can view paper exceptions on our 'how to submit a case' page.

Should you need to submit a paper application, we'll keep you updated on your case by email.
