• 2 Year Fixed rate, 75% LTV with 3% fee - reduced from 5.84% to 5.64%
• 2 Year Fixed rate, 75% LTV with £1,495 fee - reduced from 6.94% to 6.79%
• 2 Year Fixed rate, 75% LTV with £0 fee - reduced from 7.34% to 6.99%


• 5 Year Fixed rate, 70% LTV with 5% fee - reduced from 5.49% to 5.39%


• 5 Year Fixed rate, 75% LTV with 3% fee - reduced from 5.99% to 5.79%
• 5 Year Fixed rate, 75% LTV with £1,495 fee - reduced from 6.39% to 6.29%
• 5 Year Fixed rate, 75% LTV with £0 fee - reduced from 6.59% to 6.39%
